Serving Size: 3 Tablets

Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets 2 times daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning and one hour before workouts.  Not recommended for continuous, high-level use for more than 60 days.

Other Ingredients:  Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica and Vegetable Coating.  Vegetarian/Vegan Product.

Contains no:  sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
