Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, chew 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily, prior to exercise.  Serious athletes may want to double the dosage during training.
 
Other Ingredients:  Natural Orange Juice Powder and Flavors, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Citric Acid, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Natural Vanilla Flavor and Silica.  Contains soy derivative.
