Lean Grow^TM is a multi food based, muscle building protein mix. This proprietary formula has been developed using only high quality Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Concentrate, Egg White Protein and Milk Casein.  We strived to flavor and sweeten this blend using no refined sugars or artifical sweeteners, as well as adding a custom made, all-natural French Vanilla Flavor.  Our formula naturally has a very low fat and moderate carbohyrate content, making our Lean Grow™ protein blend a high value sports supplement.

Suggested Use: Add 1/2 cup (40g) to 8 to 12 ounces of cold water, milk, or your favorite juice and blend. Also consider adding fresh fruit, NOW®  Flax Seed Oil for enhanced nutritional benefit.
