Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take one softgel, 1 to 4 times daily, preferably with meals.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® CoQ10 and Omega-3 Fish or Flax Seed Oil.
 
Other Ingredients:  Vegetable Oil Concentrate and Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).  Contains soy derivative.  Contains only 100% Natural Vitamin E.
