NOW® Arnica Cooling Relief Gel contains 10% Arnica to help soothe away minor tensions and occasional soreness.  It penetrates deep and goes to work quickly to provide immediate relief, and is gentle enough for daily use.  For added support, we've enriched this high potency Arnica gel with Natural Mint Oils, Lavender, Chamomile and Vitamin K.  This product is great for people on the go, small enough to travel with, and dries quickly on the skin.
Suggested Use:  Apply desired amount of NOW® Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to any areas of the body suffering from muscle tension or aches and pains.  Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed, until the muscle tension is relieved.  Keep away from sensitive areas of the body, and do not ingest.
