I have seen the best results when fasting with this method for a few days. I personally fasted for a total of 14 days just to make sure that I was recommending a high quality product that would let you be all right while using it, so many weight loss supplements on the market make you feel lethargic and light headed. And that I needed to know for my own sake.
I would make my shake in the morning the same way it’s described below and drink it. The taste didnt bother me at all although some people dont like the fact that it doesnt taste like any thing in particular. For those I recommend sugar-free flavored water but remember, you are not using this product as a treat, this is a successful proven weight loss program, taste should be the last of your concerns, you are using it for other reasons.
I would mix my Delicious Greens 8000 a couple of hours later in a glass of water, and take a second shake of Almased around noon for lunch (usually 6 tablespoons.) Repeat my Delicious Greens 8000 at 2 or 3 pm, I used 1 scoop each time (comes in the canister). My third Almased shake I would usually take at 6 pm to end the day with a last glass of Delicious Greens 8000 around 9pm. Once in a while I would get hungry around 10pm then I would mix 3 or 4 Tabs of Almased and drink them as my late snack
I didnt have a lot of weight to lose but lost over 14 lbs which I never gained back. Oh! Wanted to add that at the time I was not exercising at all, wanted to find out the results by using these 2 products alone...
You don’t have to fast for 2 weeks in order to see results, Almased and Delicious Greens 8000 will help you lose weight no matter how you use them it all depends on how fast you need to lose your weight. You can fast for 2 or 3 days to get a jump start, then replace 2 meals each day and take 2 Delicious Greens 8000 snacks one mid-morning, another one mid afternoon. Finally have one meal. If its more convenient, you can eat lunch instead of dinner just adapt the concept to whatever fits your schedule.
Make sure you don’t pile a million calories in that one meal, be moderate. A nice salad with a piece of chicken or a can of tuna should filll you and more so if you have fasted for a couple or 3 days prior since your stomach will have become a little smaller allowing you to feel full with lesser amounts of food.

One canister of Almased contains 80 Tabs (500grams of powder) so it will make you around 10 to 15 meals depending on how much you use.

One canister of Delicious Greens 8000 contains 30 scoops (300 grams of powder) so it will make you that many snack drinks.
Mix 6 to 8 tablespoon in a glass of regular or sugar-free flavored water (never juice or milk they would add undesired calories and spike your sugar levels not allowing you to loose weight). This shake will be your meal or meal replacement. A couple of hours later mix 1 scoop of Delicious Greens 8000 in a glass of water that will be your snack. You can replace one more meals per day.
