Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets twice daily, with a large glass of water or juice.

Other Ingredients:  Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
